Inspired by the cold brew process, the “Chilled Brew” function is perfect for cold, fruity refreshments or creative coffee cocktails. This means that in addition to the 6 preset hot coffee recipes (espresso, coffee, americano, cappuccino, latte and latte macchiato), you can also enjoy three chilled versions of your trusted favourites (espresso, coffee, caffè americano).

GET THE MOST OUT OF EVERY BEAN WITH “AROMA BALANCE SYSTEM”

Developed by Nivona, “Aroma Balance System” gives you the freedom to become your own barista. Choose from five distinct aroma profiles: Quick, Dynamic, Constant, Balanced, and Intense. Depending on the profile, water passes through the coffee at varying speeds, unlocking different flavours. Craft a variety of tastes using the same type of beans!

ADVANCED BREWING UNIT FOR MORE FLAVOUR AND SIMPLER MAINTENANCE

Nivona’s most advanced brewing unit, “RomaticaPlus”, is designed to extract even more from the 800+ flavour compounds already present in your coffee—all at the touch of a button, with no barista expertise required. The closed brewing unit ensures superior cleanliness inside the machine, making it easier to maintain. When it’s time for cleaning, simply remove the brewing unit and rinse it under running water.
