Designed in cast metal , of exemplary reliability, the Kitchenaid BUNDLEVEGGIEER pastry robot in empire red color is equipped with a direct transmission motor which allows silent operation and exceptional performance.
This tilt-head model is easy to use and clean.
Speeds and motor:
It has 10 graduated speeds for beating egg whites as well as kneading bread dough.
Its exceptional planetary mixing action ensures faster and more complete homogenization, incorporating all ingredients down to the very contours of the bowl.
It is also not necessary to turn the bowl or scrape the sides.
Ability :
The bowl of the stand mixer with a capacity of 4.8 liters is made of stainless steel with an ergonomic handle.
It is designed to work a maximum dough capacity of 1 kg of flour or 800 g of whole wheat flour.
