In SabbathMode, all the lights in the GrandCru wine storage cabinet are switched off, as are all sounds and the display. After 80 hours, SabbathMode deactivates automatically.

This gives you double the assurance that your wines are protected from temperature fluctuations. This is because you are alerted as soon as one of the sensors detects a critical change in temperature, allowing you to take action quickly.
